Formula Tr is incorrect. Your formula should read Tr = sqrt(Tsx^2 +(Tpy +Ts.Cos.a°)^2) You need to add like for like IE Vert. Tp is Component 1, is all primary, Secondary Shear has 2 component x & y vectors. To which x is horizontal, and Tsy is added to Tp. Both sqrt(x^2+y^2) =T(total). Like any other vector triangle.

It means the load acting is not at Cg it is away (Eccentric) from the central axis
