Welcome to today's video where you saw the renovation of a cone grinder for fattening geese.
Cones are small rolls that were made at home from black flour, potato scraps or bran.
Raw materials were used according to what was available at the given time.
The method of processing these raw materials was not the same, in some places the cones were boiled, in others the mixed raw materials were simply dried or baked in the oven or oven.
Maybe, if you remember, you will remember how grandmothers used to stuff pine cones down the geese's throats, sometimes called "slejšky".
The geese were force-fed to gain weight as soon as possible.
Today it is different. Geese do not suffer from violent sleepovers and donuts are no longer made.
