actually bike ka engine over heat nahi hota. bike kay engine aur radiator say deflect honay wali hawa seedhi petrol tank aur uskay gird lipti hui tangon ko lagti thi. i have heard kay KPR ki first shipment main jo bike aye thay un main yeh issue tha. mainay us shipment main say bhi bike chalaya hua hai. aur woh wakaye petrol tank aur tangon ko itna garam kr daita tha kay ap majboor ho jatay thay tangain tank say door kar kay chalanay pay takeh tangon aur tank ko hawa lagay aur thanday hon jayen. after that according to the sales manager at zxmco , chinese aye thay to get a feedback kay KPR kaisa chal raha hai pakistan main and fixed the overheating issue in the next shipment. the bike that i bought was from the second shipment and did not have any such heating issue. balkeh bike surprisingly cool rehti thi. apkay doosray sawal ka jawab hai kay bike ka pichla shock kamzor zarur hai but itna nahi kay seedhi sarak par hi doosray banday kay baithnay say mudguard tyre ko lagna shuru ho jaye. however that can totally happen on bumps or speed breakers.

@@Nakaamfilmmakers22 brother i think apko engine number aur chasis number kay through pta chal sakta hai. You will either have to find a ZXMCO dealer who is willing to help or go to ZXMCO factory in Raiwind.

Mere pas 1 year se zyada ho gya hai bike mein koi problem nhi mono shock excellent hai aala suspension hai Efi bike hai koi tuning wagaira bhi khas nhi hoti iski bus just oil change and filter cleaning wagaira aur aap aik bar kpr chalao ge to ybr bhool he jao ge

sorry for the late reply bro. i used it for 3 months or so and i was absolutely happy with it. a friend of mine took his to the the northern mountains even and used it for more than a year. he also didnt have any complaint. REMEMBER the golden RULE. as long as spare parts are avaialble you can build a bike from scratch and keep it running for years on end. if they are not available then its never a good idea to buy any automotive. again i apologize for the late response.

Waalikum assalam. 3 reasons ho saktay hain. 1- weld main abhi bhi koi jagah hai jahan say pressure leak ho raha hai. Bilkul chota sa bhi soorakh hua to nahi spin karay ga. 2- ap ka exhaust meray exhaust say bara ho sakta hai. Bara exhaust ziada pressure lay ga ghoomnay kay liay. Agar full rev par bhi nahi ghoom raha aur leak bhi nahi hai pressure to exhaust chota lagwao. 3- is exhaust main bearings hotay hain aur wakt kay sath sath kachra mitti phans jata hai un main. WD 40 spray lo aur exhaust kay bearings main spray karo. Agar yeh sab krnay say nahi rotate krta to kissi achay mechanic say mashwara karo. Woh problem dhoond lay ga.

it is written on the manual that the biker weight shouldnt exceed 150kgs or 330 pounds. so if you are riding solo thats not gonna be a problem. but if someone is riding pillion (2 people) then its going to hit almost every speed breaker. the exhaust piping is scratched.

also you can buy the oil from www.pakwheels.com/accessories-spare-parts/oils-lubricants/212969?buy_now=1 and any well known oil change store in Islamabad. for aesthetics i like this tail gunner exhaust . it attracts the maximum attention but sacrifices sound, and a little bit of performance as it is restricting the otherwise free flow of exhaust. (nothing to loose if you arent a racer) but if you do not want to compromise on performance and loudness then go for any high quality replicas from SC project and akrapovic. i would recommend that you go to the shops to inspect the item on spot and not buy online as you cannot judge the quality of the exhaust and the sound note by just watching online pictures .

Just be very careful not to allow any exhaust to escape where you weld it to the exhaust pipe coming from the header.

it basically depends upon from where you buy it (even prices from shop to shop vary) also which quality you buy. this one i bought cost me about Rs 3300 PKR. it was a very nice deal actually.

In my case the original exhaust pipe had to be cut . Then this exhaust was welded on. So if u are willing to cut the exhaust pipe and weld it, itll fit any bike.
