Punk is coming back into the mainstream soon with albums like this. Also, Avril Lavigne is releasing a new album this year. When it's back in the mainstream, every artist is gonna release a pop-punk song. Trust me. Just like with the 80s trend in 2020. She'll do an album then.

@@calistusjay60 and yeah it’s true, many are returning to 80s synth or rock and early 2000s because those times and the music have been great. @@KingRexatron what an annoying ass answer, telling someone they don't listen to anything new on a song that literally came out TODAY lmao, not to mention that early 2000's alt punk rock was GOAT and getting more of it in 2020 to go mainstream is dope as shit, sure the music hasn't gone anywhere but there has been very little of it the past decade, now go apologize to your mommy for being such a terrible contrarian child that no one likes. Also there is a big difference between the pop punk of today and mainstream alt pop punk rock of the mid 2000s and there is a huge revival of it today amongst esp with more rappers merging the genre like Iann Dior and Lil peep which is giving rise to likes of Youngblood and even what MGK is doing, stop acting like some kinda in the know shitty music gate keeper who thinks they can be music aficionados just cuz they watch the needledrop and listen to swans.
