Hahaha, well it’s a combination of the two...the drum riser is 1m high + the gopro is mounted on a big boom micstand at full extension = sometimes sea sickness🤣

The riser moves a little, BUT the camera is mounted at the end of a microphone stand (usually) at full boom...🤣🤘🏻
