Machine knitting beginner lesson 001: Cast-on with waste yarn, ravel cord, and e-wrap

In this new series, I will post the basic techniques for machine knitting. This video is about casting on with waste yarn, ravel cord, and e-wrap or direct e-wrap. In the future, the tutorials will cover different methods of casting on, casting off, increasing, decreasing, and different machine knitting stitches.
I use an LK150 knitting machine here, but the same technique can be used for most knitting machines.
