Yes, ML.NET SDK allows you to do that and you can either get it via generating the code from ML.NET Model Builder (shown in the video) or you can try from scratch. :) MS is usually recommending ML.NET Model Builder but there are many examples where they use ML.NET SDK directly. github.com/dotnet/machinelearning-samples/blob/master/README.md
