I wouldnt be so sure about that with Kiryu and Solid Snake (Big Boss obviously had some on-screen in MGS3). Kiryu has some very suggestive side-stories that imply a lot, especially in Zero and Kiwami. We also dont know if anything happened with Sayama between 2 and 3. David is really kind of a horndog and we have no idea if something happened between him and Meryl after they escaped Shadow Moses. I wouldn't count him out. Dante is definitely a virgin tho. Dude doesnt even understand what sex is. lol
