This album is a metal masterpiece. Great guitar riffs, great melodies, great singing, great vocal harmonies, great bass playing, insane drumming. I´m not one of those "nostalgia" fans who say that there can never come another "Master of Puppets", "Raining Blood" or the Black Sabbath classics - I don´t belive in that. Any given moment, a metal classic can be released by any great metal band, even better than the records I mentioned. For me, this album checks all the boxes of a masterpiece metal album. Right now, this is the #1 all-time metal album for me.

Ever since The Blackening, fans have been ranting about what a new Machine Head album should be like and I think all the albums after that are the consequence of that. They got smarter and better. I think I'm one of the few people who are alone with this opinion. But now we are experiencing a step backwards. That's not bad, but it's not a step forward. Rob - I come from the 75s. I love you. But maybe it's time to stop. Love you. Don't ruin it. And I know: thousands of you will hate me now - I have to live with it

What a true return to form as well as an evolution. Masterpiece. You can tell they all poured their heart and souls into this piece of work. PHENOMENAL. Been listening since the burning red when I was about 12 yrs old. I’m 36 and have gone through the whole catalog and it seems that Machine Head is stronger than ever.

Matt Alston and Vogg carried this album, the riffs, solos and drums are a huge step above the last 2 albums. But the only bad thing about this album IN MY OPINION, is that it feels like Robb vocals doesn't let the songs breathe, he sings waaay more than on other albums and there's barely instrumental moments, he's constantly singing almost the whole songs and the only moments when he doesn't is during the guitar solos or maybe the intros/outros

Don't get me wrong, i really am a Machine head fan. And the album is good, but I miss the older MAchine head. The heavy metal ,industry kinda machine head about the world we live in. Not about ghosts and death. Now it's more Death head instead of Machine head. Probably an unpopular oppinion but still. Beside that: my best metal memories are from Machine head so (Dynamo 1995)

Machine head keeps coming back time after time. Rob is relentless in keeping metal alive. This album is a testament to that. I'm getting tribute vibes from all my favourite bands of the 90s and 2000s but still has that og machine head sound only rob can give it. The new guys have really hit the nail on the head with a ten ton hammer. Loving every minute.
