Hi, do you have a build log with more information about your machine posted somewhere? What size extrusions are those?

Hi Rob, sorry I did not write any build log. I had a WorkBee which I was upgrading for a long time. Then discovered printNC. So I kind of made a custom designed mix of those two. With the workbee part (aluminum plates and extrusions) beefed up a lot. Plates are 20mm thick. Extrusions are 40 series from @Ratrig. And printnc inspired steel beam gantry for good rigidity (in terms of hobby cnc machines).

Nice and fast Machine. What is the Pitch of the ballscrews 5mm or 10mm?

Thank you. Pitch is 10 mm on X and Y axis ballscrews. 5 mm on Z.

What spindle are you using? Is it air cooled? Or does it have a very short closed loop liquid cooled system on it?

Aircooled HQD 2.2 kW 24k RPM. But I replaced the the stock fan with high speed one, independent from spindle speed.
