Spray brake cleaner or circuit board cleaner works great for cleaning honing stones also.

I usually use the oil and cardboard first, I've found that it removes any chips sticking to the stone, then I use the brake cleaner. Also, rubbing the faces of 2 stones of similar grit together with oil also works

Last time i tried to drill with only through air the drill just broke in a second. Feeds and speeds were correct and the chips are being broken when using coolant. It was tool steel 1.2083

Just use a 5 c collet block for the last one. No need to make a fixture.
