@@colechung7806 the gameplay was just better on ps3. The ps4/ps5 wwe games suck compared to ps2/ps3. The only noteworthy one is 2K19, but I bet if there would be a ps3 version of it, it would still be better than that. 2K22 sucks, 2K23 is the worst WWE 2K game ever and I really doubt they will make a good copy and paste job in 24. All they do is copy and paste and make it worse. They even butchered showcase. It lives by copying the past into gameplay. And they just make it boring, annoying and frustrating at the same time.

@@adrenaliner91 I agree showcase sucks now in terms of how it's done compared to what we had from 13 to 17 but I'm just glad we are getting classic arenas and superstars, I disagree with your take on 2k22 and 23 though I enjoyed 22 and felt 23 was a smaller step up but I respect your opinions nonetheless I'm just hoping 2k24 is overall better in terms of weapon physics (like in 2011) more freedom in areas such as elimination chamber and breaking barricades again (idk if it's possible to do in 2k22 and 23 I tried doing so but to no avail) and (this may not happen) announce tables breaking without needing a finisher

I love that wacky stuff too but with the new controls and all the game breaking bugs it just made it a flaming bag of crap. If it got better I'd play it since it's the only game with The Fiend in it which sucks cause Bray was let go before he was put into 2k22

The gameplay wasn't bad, what was lackluster was the fact that too much stuff was missing. You had many matches not in the game. Lack of create modes. That's just the start. Things only resembed the previous generation of WWE games by 2k18 and 2k19 but by then many moved on and just stopped buying future games. Hopefully they come back for this gen.
