The fact that the media depersonalised such a horrific event made it all the more tragic when we learn about what happened that day. Ive been listening to this song for about 30 years but reading the actual names of those who perished have made me reflect so much more.. Thank you for posting the names of those unfortunate victims.

Very important song: a stone against the wall of a blond haired "innocent" Duck... Written by the unique Woodie Guthrie, after announcement of a plane crash over Los Gatos, Mexican border. Victims were seasonal workers coming back home. And the radio said "They were just deportees" . Of course all Irish might be sensitive to this ! Thank you Paddy ! Good Bye Roselita !
