It's in Cork I believe, unless I'm mistaken "Siamsa Cois Laoi" is "Entertainment at the foot of the Lee". In Belfast or Newry it would be a different scenario

As a child I attended this concert with my parents and I remember them being disappointed that the Wolfetones didn't sing the Ballad of Joe McDonnell.

We went to their first Scottish concert in Glasgow 1981. When they sang Joe McDonnell, they got a reaction from the crowd they probably never experienced before - what an atmosphere!
