Yeah, it's a lot better when you use it as a push tool. Either pairing it was a gadget that might force others to move like Ying's Candella's, Dokkaebi's phones, pushing with a shield op, flushing them out with frag grenades, or just saving them for a plant. Using it on neutral is rarely a good idea unless you know where somebody is and you want them to stay there.

I love when Macie plays Ela and other ops like her because it's so refreshing to NOT see them sprinting around and quick peaking every single angle and, more importantly, USE their utility. Especially with Macie's trademark out of the box style with them.

Macie's Masterclass videos are my favorites, they very much live up to the title, I learn a lot for so many ops through this series. His style of play for Ela I've been replicating for a bit and it's really good, as we saw in this video. The creativity that this game offers never ceases to fascinate me, even regardless of Macie vids I love trying out different approaches with ops, but Macie is the goat for a reason. Been playing since it came out, and at this rate I probably won't ever stop 😅

Love the attention for Ela ESPECIALLY from Macie. Such a high skill ceiling Op that gets almost no attention nowadays. So surprising that almost nobody knows Concussion mines COMPLETELY disable hearing! I would also love to know why Macie uses no grip on the scorpion.

Gets not attention cuz she's "meh", she has an okay gadget, but her weapons are, an smg with really low dps which forces you to go for headshots but has high recoil and lacks a x2 sight. And the other went from the best shotgun in the game to the worst by far and feels awful to play.

He runs no vert grip probably to just show off his recoil control. The speed bonus is hardly worth it, and it would make more sense to pick either vertical or angled grip. Horizontal just isn’t worth it in my eyes

Oh I main her and remember her good old days when she had 0recoil...scorpion used to SLAP. She is still awesome...her gadget is super good but she requires a proper way of playing her. The weapon is super meh right now due to recoil but once u master it..well it still slaps but clicking on heads is harder ;)

I'm glad Ela is being done I enjoy most of the plays you can make with Ela A fun one is using a Grzmot as a Prox and when someone hits it, pre fire with FO-12, works half the time I say

I still think Ubi should just make Ela's Scorpion 20rd magazine and normal recoil. The biggest issue all along was extremely high rpm, huge magazine and high speed op. You solve one of those issues and I think she is balanced. They already made her a 2spd I see no issues with the gun change.
