There needs to be more publicity for Travelers, it's absolutely one of the best science fiction series I've ever seen! Outstanding character development as well. Especially with these two and Trevor. I really really hope they have more seasons.

You probably won't see this because it's 2 years later but wow I just watched the finale and I'm still overwhelmed. It sucks that I couldn't have seen the show while it was airing. I just stumbled upon the show on Netflix a week ago and here I am. One of my only problems was with the final David and (real) Marcy scene. David feel in love with the traveler that was in Marcy's body, not the actual Marcy. I'm sure they would hit it off because they have so much in common but it's just not the same. I'm still sad about how the David and Marcy we know ended up. After multiple times of losing her David finally had a happy life with Marcy but it ended tragically.

@@pim782 Yeah I was honestly thinking that as well. The longer a time travel show stays on the air, the longer the viewer starts to notice plot holes. Time is clearly not linear in the show, so effecting 1 time line will only effect that time lines future, it will do nothing for the timeline that originally sent the travelers. So what even is the point of sending travelers if your time line is fucked? You would be better off just sending everyone back to the past. At the end, we see Marcy and David and what would happened if no travelers had interfered, but that is just a stark reminder that there is a time line in which Marcy and David are both dead. I guess my point is the longer the show goes on and the more you think about it, the whole time traveling concept is pretty futile. I enjoyed the show none the less.

Remember, this is a hollywood version of the "nice guy". IRL, David (the character) would never ever get a girl like Mackenzie. Marcy is the standard fictional Hollywood female... the super super hot girl who doesn't look at status, wealth, body type and falls in love with the "inner" man.

You’re over-generalizing and projecting your own insecurities into what you deem could really happen. In real life some girls do care more about character/personality over looks and wealth, and some don’t. It depends. Women, hot or not, are individuals just like men are. They each have their own different standards and type of guy they’re into. David is average looking (plus every girl has her own types of dudes she’s into), has a steady job, and is a genuinely good dude. It’s pretty sexist to suggest that all women are shallow and don’t care about that stuff. OG Marcy was a nurse, and seemed like she probably had a lot in common with David. Traveler Marcy came from a dystopian future and I don’t imagine that shallow relationship expectations survived all the BS that happened to humanity over the next couple centuries. And finally, David is genuinely a good dude. If you don’t think girls appreciate that then you’re either bitter or chauvinistic. Take your pick. Not to mention I’ve known real couples like David and Marcy.

I was pretty shocked at the end of season 3. I´m glad there´s no open end, though there´s this cliffhanger. The storytelling however is superb and I think season 3 is the strongest of all. And I hope, hope, hope the show goes on. I´m really a fan. Especially of Patrick Gilmore. I totally adore his play and his character. He plays the person I would like to be. Though I have a good heart, I am difficult at times and so I wished more to be like David. So, anyway. Travelers is a great series. I love it.

I was blown away by this great series. Superb nuanced acting, wonderful cast and the pairing of cast members. Watching it for the second time around. What a shame additional seasons were not picked up, but I understand that cast members may have wanted to move on--- but this was a gem that deserved to continue on. The writers and producers of this program deserve a ton of credit for maintaining the high quality of the show through 3 seasons. That being said, please DO NOT change the core actors in this show! The chemistry among them is way beyond your typical program. Every one of them brings a unique style and personality to their roles that would be lost with replacements. Feel free to bring in new Travelers and current timers, but the core needs to remain. I can't wait to see the new timeline!

This was an excellent show. These two were arguably the best part. Its a shame it wasn't more popular. It deserves a lot of love. Also, I've come back to edit this. This is such an intelligent entertaining and brilliant show. I was impressed with the whole cast, and these two were very impressive, both individually and as a couple. I'm on the one hand sad that it's been cancelled, because I think this show will slowly grow in fans, after the fact, because many don't even know it existed... However, on the other hand, the entire thing was brilliantly done, and there was an ending that serves as a very interesting and open ending... but that particular part of the story is over and damn they did it well.

As much as I'd like a fourth season of Travelers, I also think that the last episode of season 3 has a very good ending should the serie been cancelled like it seems to be. And that the very last scene shows Marcy and David shows how important that love arc has become for the serie (and the fans I'm sure). Just adorable!
