Mackerel Vegetable Sauce with Boiled Plantain - Nigerian Delicacy

In the sauce, you’ll need
1. 1 big size Mackerel fish
2. Seasoning cubes
3. Onions
4. Ground ginger & garlic
5. Salt
6. Thyme
7. Groundnut oil
8. Tomatoes and pepper mix ( 3 large tomato 🍅, 4 large red bell peppers, 3 medium scotch bonnet, 1 medium onion and 1 large green bell pepper 🫑 )
8. Ugu leaves aka African spinach.
9. Crayfish (optional)
