The preamp sounds NOISY... I hope the M-Caster STUDIO has better preamps because that amount of noise is unacceptable at that price point

Hi,how can i use 2 phones for streaming music on tt?I can go live on my profile but when i send music from other phone the qualty of music is very bad!But when i do the same on PC tik tok live studio then is the qualty cristal clear!What is the problem?Can somebody anwser pls?Tnx!
