OK. So, I'm far too old to truly appreciate this music. At least according to my niece. However, I find Macklemore & Ryan Lewis 's sense of humor refreshing. They don't take themselves too seriously. I just said the exact same thing to my husband last night! While I don't think I'm "too old" to appreciate this kind of music yet (though I'm quickly approaching 😉), rap is just not my cup of tea in general. But Macklemore has such a great sense of humor that comes across in his music! And it's not overdone, it's not a raunchy humor, it's just goofy, laid back fun and I just enjoy the hell out of it!
