I love the removal of the shaft from the gearbox by "just pulling it out of the motor". Right. That will never, ever happen! Removing the shaft from the motor is the most difficult part of this repair every time.

Having this issue as we speak. Any recommendations for a stuck shaft? Tried everything short of torching it (as I don't have the supplies needed to do so).

I got a question what does it mean when you can't rotate the RS 301 by hand? but when you turn it on it spins and does what it's supposed to but then when it turns off the brush slams stopped on a dime it looks like it's hurting the motor and shaft what could this be?

How do you remove the arm from the ground with a lift , it's very heavy ?
