Lol the Oxford is going to be the precedent to used as a targeting of the family of anyone that does anything like this as was called out. So a 60-70 year old woman will now be held responsible for the actions of a 42 year old.

@@ANTAGONIST1776 It is common in red flag law states for retaliation. The person reported attacks the person they suspect reported them. Plenty of homocides of this nature already & it is still new.

@@ANTAGONIST1776 they see people in distressed situations all the time. I bet there have been repeat calls where guns were involved. So they should be reporting anyone that has a disturbance call.

Yeah, the Oxford shooting so, where is the principal? Why is he not responsible? He sent a kid back to class. At sometime of your child’s age you no longer responsible. The splash pad supposed to be shooter was 42 years old.

@@maryrogga2576 why all the fault on rhe principal of oxford! Both parents were in that meeting either one could have spoken up and said he has access to a gun or pull your son aside and ask him yourself Do you have the gun?

@@db3467 the principals job is to keep your child safe in school. But if he had lousy parents, the system was also lousy to him. I’m not saying what he did was right.

@db3467 lol already walking back the "friend, family, neighbors need to speak up" so they should be held criminally responsible then no? If they just said something, did a little more, they could have prevented it. But they didn't, so they should be held partially responsible. 👏 👏 👏 what a wonderful Soviet ideology you have there

@@kurokitsune17 also, that German guy in the 40s did the same thing. You know who I’m talking about KZbin won’t let me post it. He had everyone telling on each other. It happened in America in 2020 about Covid, remember people telling on each other.

Mom had a moral obligation to do something, but it doesn't sound like a legal requirement is in that Red Flag law. Michigan legislators wrote the law to exclude "required."
