And how big is that circle cord? Could you use a wood ring and if so, what size would you recommend?

Thank you for you comments! That's a great idea! I think it's easier to knit with a 2inch wood ring, but any size should be cute! ♡ Remember to make the cotton cord longer, as the wood ring is thicker than the hair elastic.
