How to Make a 7-Strand Double Braid

My question same as Ed's below, for a belt, how do you finish it ? It's just what I was looking for, great in Paracord. I've puzzeled over it for some time, I'm sure you would start at the tounge and work back to the buckle but that start or finish really has me stumped. If it's in a book I'll buy it, Please !!

+David Paul loop then end over the belt buckle and either tie or glue it down, then cover that spot with a turks head

If using Paracord, lay them all side by side, flat, and as tightly together as possible and melt the ends together using a soldering iron or wood burning tool. Insert the braid into a flat sided loop and fold the last half inch over and melt the fold shut. To reinforce it, stitch a double row and voila! You have your braid ready to become a belt.

If you make a belt with this weave persumably you start at the buckle make it as long as you need but how do you close it off ???

Slower instructions would be better. I'm having to pause the video every 2 seconds to find which string I need to use next. The video itself is great, unless you actually want to learn how to do this, then good luck.

From what I can tell, it's a pattern of over 1 and under the next 2 cords - worked from both sides.
