IDEA FOR FUTURE VIDEO: Max I enjoy the techniques, examples, and speed at which you present. These indoor projects are a good winter project for me. I would like to see a step-by-step video on how you make your diffusers. All us DYI'ers do it differently and your diffusers seem to have better reflection light/bokeh. Keep the teaching videos coming. You have GREAT ideas. I'm a fan!

Hey Jef, sorry about the late reply, for some reason I'm not getting notifications on new comments, even though my account is set up that way. Anyways, I've been using a reversed Canon FD 50mm lens for the wider shots (more info here: www.maxamillion.online/blog/2019/5/10/fantastic-vintage-lens ) and a reversed Helios 44-2 with an additional close-up element for the ones that have a higher magnification ratio. Best, Max

Hi, and many thanks. This particular stand is a home-built, but you can find really useful workstations with up to 6 arms like the one in my video on ebay, if you search for "soldering station". I hope this helps! Best, Max

Hi.i am new to photography and really enjoyed your video. Please can you do things a little slower? Also, Where did the light modifier come from? I can’t seem to find one on Amazon. Thanks again Lynn
@TheGiantWorldofTinyThings4 жыл бұрын
Always happy to help, the light mod was a diy project: kzbin.info/www/bejne/a4DTfGqKZ9Fqia8 In the vid description you can also find a link to the according blog post on my website, comparing different lighting solutions for macro. Have a good day!

Also please can you tell me what you used to attach the reversed lens to the camera?
@TheGiantWorldofTinyThings4 жыл бұрын
Hi, I'll do a video on that matter soon, covering simple and efficient ways to take sharp macros on a budget. Until then have a look at my blog for more info on reverse mounting lenses: www.maxamillion.online/blog/2019/5/8/reversing-the-lens :)
@May-wt8pt4 жыл бұрын
thanks , awesome this video helps for me , but could you tell every body which instruments you use , keep going on .
@TheGiantWorldofTinyThings4 жыл бұрын
You mean lens and camera? It's a Canon 5DII and a 6DII for filming. The lens is a reversed Canon FD50mm f/1.8 and a Helios 44-2, both reverse-mounted.
