Thank you for the video, it was really well explained. I am a little confused when it comes to the currency exchange. For example: if an Australian company buys Japanese imports, what happens to the Australian dollars? Do they inevitably end up in Japan’s central bank and then form part of their reserves? Then when a Japanese company buys Australian exports, some of the Australian dollars in Japan’s central bank reserves returns to Australia or is it just reversed? So, the Australian central bank inevitably ends up with yen?

7:10 wouldnt the SUPPLY of the dollar increase instead of the demand decrease? If the DEMAND of Yen increased in the same example, the inverse effect should take place for the dollar..
