I love the concept of a ramen museum, because it makes history feel tangible. I mean, it's not like just seeing some statues or coins which you can't relate to, but rather food, which you can actually touch, smell, and eat. Also, it's a great way of preserving the culture and history of the common people, not just the nobility.
