Have you tried or thinking of trying a couple of BlackStar ID:core 150stereo amps so that you could send out a (left)(right) outputs from your floor pedals (even though I suspect you're utilizing a Kemper rack Modeling Unit or something like that? Reason I say this is that it would actually give your sweet sound another level of Spaciousness and sort of a Polyphonic effect making those beautiful chords and notes hypnotize everyone within an earshot from your playing? Ha now that's some other sh#t right there, my brother!! Ha.ha

Hey bro., I see you're running your sound through that small Roland JC30/40 is this true? If so, I think it gives your sound more similar to Sir George Benson..as it should! I think that the vintage Roland JC160 w/ 4tens was the best textured sound around especially if you use a rack mount Stereo BBE Sonic Maximizer with (left) (right) inputs & outputs this will bring up the powerful sonic levels so that you'll actually bring your original input volume down considerably plus by cranking the CONTOUR level all the way to 10 and then turn your PROCESS level to approx 1oclock all the way up to 3oclock maximum. What you'll get is the most powerful top crisp clears and absolutely tight punchy bottom ends all the while being able to bring most of your SPL way down but still easily cutting through the mix and being able to feel nearly each note and chords hit your pants abit so you can really feel your guitar well and fat in the mix and what's wrong with that? It makes your guitar sound like you've just changed the strings and making therefore help your guitar sound fresh all the time and boy does it make your hollow & semi hollows sound soooooo nice!! Hope you'll try this set up but make sure you've got just the right amount of Compression tuned in plus use a nice dark hall Digital reverb with enough level to make it sound like your at Carnegie Hall (with a decent crowd to help absorb as much reflective reverb in the room) I think you can dig where I'm coming from, my brother! Btw..are you in Chicago? Me..I'm residing & working in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota and it's a friggin` 18below zero right now!! Brrrr! Here's my Mobile and I would like yours so that I can talk with you sometimes. Brother you're Vanilla latte smooth and steady touch and therefore have such a smooth & easy watch & listen experience. Please keep up the inspiration, my brethren. (218 841 3300) could you kindly send me text when you get this message I'm interested in purchasing most of these tracks you're utilizing and like your smooth fresh arrangements. I already know you use many of BobbysBackingTracks and I really dig their mixes, too. If like to get some of Quincy`s "The Dude" backing tracks such as "If i ever lose this heaven" & "Bet you wouldn't hurt me" lovely Patti Austin`s impeccable vocal work on that whole album really gets me chills and I like to try to get that same effect when I approach any of these songs like this...also Micheal Jackson's "Off the Wall " "I cant help it" too is amazing songs I'd like to have best quality backing tracks in my library. Thanks in advance Sir Washington.

Sonny Fales thanks man for the intuitive insights into equipment, don’t get a lot of introspective advice, much appreciated my brother. btw Bobby’s stuff is so good because almost everything you hear in the track is played by really great musicians, and playing with guys who can play well, makes you play well also...
