This is sad. Millions of people across Queens Brooklyn and Manhattan would be able to clearly view the show on the east river. Now this year you'll only be able to view it from a small portion of New Jersey or Lower Manhattan located within the new highly controversial congestion zone which goes into effect conveniently a month before the show. Seems like another cash grab, they should just call it MTAs 4th of July fireworks show instead. Atleast we can all rely on channel 7 to provide coverage of the show and not charge us a congestion fee to view.
