Bone in is peasant food. It’s medieval peasants holding the bone and gnawing slivers of meat off of a turkey leg kind of meal. We’re 1000 years in the future and we eat our chicken boneless. A full meal, not nibbling parcels of bird meat off of a bone anymore like the crows
