U forgot about something in mad city some robberies have different obbys for example club has 3 different obbys so it’s not the same thing every time and the pyramid has 2 different obbys I love that the devs did that because it makes the robbery’s not repetitive even if u rob them a lot they are still fun

@@txy1z ok listen the whole concept of prison games on roblox is repetitive nowadays and isn't thriving as much as it used to if you don't want mad city to get repetitive there's not really much they can do since the prison genre is quite repetitive and isn't as fun on roblox as it used to be they're trying their best to make it less repetitive and it has worked but it's bound to get repetitive at some point and that's the same with jailbreak. also your whole statement of "Same gameplay nothing really changed as much same concept as chapter 1" you want them to change the concept of the game? then it wouldn't be "mad city" and also mad city chapter 2 and mad city chapter 1 work completely differently to each other, feel completely different to each other, and they look completely different to each other. mad city chapter 2 literally looks like a brand new game, and using your logic you're basically saying all the updates mad city and jailbreak push out are terrible because there's the same concept. see how stupid that sounds now?

lol i totally get why. alotta ppl asking me about this one. maybe i goofed up, maybe i didn't. when i chose jailbreak, i was really speaking for all the cars in both games. yes the mad city camaro is better than the jailbreak one, but is it really on all the other cars? I wasn't a Camaro comparison, it was a "Cars" comparison. Yes i used the camaro, but one car better than the other isn't enough to win the entire category for cars. is it?

there's one thing i 100% disagree, its that jailbreak has better car physics than madcity,i get the fact that you mentioned that the physics in jailbreak are easy to control,but in my opinion the cars in jailbreak are way to robotic,light weight,they dont respect the laws of physics to any extent! Whereas in madcity we can see that the devs actually put effort into making the cars behave like its real life,i have played forza and i call tell that madcity physics are the closest.They feel heavy,they have good drifting mechanics. In conlusion,having easy controls doesnt aways equal better,in this case madcity is following the right path in terms car physics

Finally someone agrees with me. Also not only this but the nitro system is pure perfection. In Jailbreak if you drive for too long you’ll gain too much speed and lose control. In Mad City have a middling top speed so you retain control but have access to incredibly fast speeds at the press of a button. It’s so much better.

Jailbreak has a cooldown for ground vehicles. Mad city has a cooldown for air vehicles, ground vehicles can be spawned anytime.

i don't really like the fact that made a cooldown for air vehicles RIDICIOLOUSLY long, like seriously you can only spawn them every 173 seconds? What's worse is when my cooldown finally ends and I try to spawn my warhawk but it says "can't fit vehicle here" and then I try again and the game thinks I already spawned one so it tells me to wait another 173 seconds.

@@Amritss664 They created the cooldown for air vehicles because it gave the ground vehicles the spotlight, look at chapter 1, when you buy your first aerial vehicle, all other ground vehicles have no practical use.

Exactly. Mad City’s map is also much more of a spectacle. When you get out of prison you see this huge city, an intricate desert and an awesome town next to a forest hiding a military base. You escape Jailbreak’s prison and you see a relatively cool town, a blank desert and a city that looks cramped.

I did a test myself with the default Camaro with no engine or anything and played for an hour in both games. the results were: Jailbreak: 127K Mad City : 340k the only reason i really got alot of money in mad city is because of there being both heros and police and killing them gives a little cash and i killed at least 15 each

I disagree with the map point. Large portions of the map in Jailbreak have literally no purpose. Nearly everywhere in Mad City however does. Not only that but the city in MC actually looks like a city. The buildings are tall and there’s a bunch of them. Jailbreak’s takes like two seconds to drive through.

Those new mechanics are subjectively better or worse in a lot of peoples' eyes. The new combat system is not as realistic or skill-based as it was, the physics make vehicle drifting too slippery, plane/jet flying is no longer realistic in that takeoff is a thing, instead being replaced by a straight shoot-up into the air, and swimming is such a drag on your avatar that the water feels as though you're swimming through an ocean of tar. Oh, also performance is still the same.

When in the other hand mad city has realistic look to the glock, ak47, m4a1, and scar. Shooting physics is totally on mad city.

I gave the weapons category to Mad City. They technically won against Jailbreak in weapons. I did say Jailbreak’s gun PHYSICS were better but only because Mad City’s models were cartoonish. Also, Schwifty keeps tweaking gun stats so they’re always different. Plus, shotgun jumping ISN’T a thing that can happen in real life. The devs are doing things to guns that they shouldn’t be able to do. And guess what? The things they’re changing are their physics. (Hope this made sense.)
