The fact he has called it Down tempo is probably to differentiate from "uptempo" hardcore, a style that has become quite prolific over the past decade or so and is 90% garbage in my opinion.

Not to sound braggy or anything at all but, I produce live speedcore music and when I was in Berlin to play the Fuck Parade I was one mouseclick away of sending an e-mail to the HÖR crew. Never sent in the e-mail but I'd be up for it if they are aswell to play there. I just wonder what they allow and not allow. It'd be kickass to do a live hardware set over there! As far as I know this platform is for techno and related is that true?

Mad Dog Feier ich was das produzieren angeht schon lange, lege selber seit 25 Jahren auf. Was mir besonders gefällt an diesem Set ist der Switch zwischen Hardcore , hardtechno, early Rave , darktechno . Er geht mit der Zeit und versteht es diverse Sounds zu kombinieren.
