this is cool! i just really wish you had shown off the buckle, it would have given it a nice look. and also, do you make all this stuff for cosplay or something similar or just to have around the house?
@yoyomax1213 жыл бұрын
@gotenksfire You need a round white object to make the eyeball. It does not have to be a table tennis (ping pong) ball if you can find something else instead

After I made the eyeball I realized that I could have used a glaze with some fine red frayed thread for the veins on the eye! It most definitely needs some shininess to make it more realistic.

@Isabellustration for a cheap moving eye you have to cut the ping pong ball slightly shorter then the width of the lid...sand and then seal the interior of the lid and outer "eye", then grease both with something like vasoline....the outer lid will need three tiny screws to hold the "eye" inside the new socket... invert it when you glue it,so the ping pong ball doesn't get caught in the glue.( tip-TEST BEFORE you glue and trim minute amounts off of the eye till it wiggles with head movement)

@yoyomax12 I have an organist friend, who hates to be interupted as he is playing at the end of the service. I suggested that he make a Mad Eye Moody eye, to keep on the console, and then he could pop it in, like a monocle, before turning to vent his displeasure on the culprit. He has replied that he thinks it a good idea because: 1/ the victim would never do it again and 2/ he (my friend) would benefit from the fee, when he had to play for the man's funeral when he had died of shock!
