Of all the heroes of AGE, Flit has one of the saddest stories, given how it expands even to Asemu and Kio's stories, since you learn in the end he doesn't hate the Vagan only, he hates himself for his perceived failings like when Yurin died, and that he's raging at himself to want to kill all the Vagan to make himself feel better until he finally comes to grips to learn to forgive them, and most importantly forgive himself. It reminds me of Superman in DC's mini-series, Kingdom Come, and how the events of the story make Clark hate himself and blame himself for it, until he comes to realize his mistakes and tries to put things right, just as Flit does in the end when he finally forgives himself and chooses to be the savior he was meant to be, not to be a monster.
I forgot how good Age's animation looks especially for its age since most series from those early 2010s are quite odd with their animation choices not that their bad just that compared to now its quite noticable
