That's the "ultra" element discharge for the CB. That's not the hunter art. The video was uploaded 11 months before MHX came out in Japan. When charging the "normal" super for the weapon, you can hit R to perform a morph roundslash that charges the shield. When charged, and not canceled by holding back and hitting X, the Hunter performs that big slam that empties all the vials stored, plus the charge on the shield, into that attack, rather than the normal downward swing.
