How can one use the interceptor against a convoy? New game +?

You need to complete the story without doing the convoys. Then you can come back with the interceptor and it's convoy time.

@@nexvenator689 It'd be amazing. I cleared Mad Max twice. It really surprised me this game, in the best possible way. I got the platinum too. Easily one of the most amazing gaming experiences I've ever had hands down. Now I just want a model interceptor. Ha :P
