just want to say this was one of my favourite parts of the film growing up, when i was around 6-7 i would pop my dvd in and fast forward to the end just so i could watch this sequence. ur work mesmerized me as a little kid😭

I created the paper puppets and then they were photographed/scanned snd animated in the after effects program

I don’t really think the uploader really used the puppets to make the credits of Madagascar 2 and instead showed us the credits of Madagascar 2. And in the end of dat, when the song ended, I heard “sh*t” when the words “shake it” and “move it” were together. But the puppets were awesome, but Gloria terrified the sh*t out of me..

Yes, these are the puppets. Digital pictures were taken of all the “assets” (pieces of the body), imported into Aftereffects, digital puppets made, then animated. I didn’t do the animation. A team at Duck Studios did. I created these puppets with paper cut by hand
