I literally can't get past the pinball bit, I did exactly what you did! I am on PC, I pressed Q, shift and space and even C! Nothing works and according to my sisters who have been playing the game since release, as well as watching all three movies on release too, it is broken. Also, on media I've seen, such as this video, mine has something wrong with it. Please reply with advice you have. Countless times I have shut down and slept my PC, no difference. I also reset the app. I really wanna play the rest of the nostalgic game and story, it is so fun and I'm only like 30% of the way through! Please help me 😥😥

Hey! Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately I do not know exactly how you would be able to fix that. Since this game is a few years old, it might be that it's running at an astronomically high framerate which can cause issues with the games' pacing. There are ways to lock the framerate using something called v-sync or vertical sync. It's a setting that can be found in the program of your graphics chip. This can be Intel, Nvidia or AMD. Usually if you right click your desktop, you will see a reference to this program at the top (On Windows 11, you'll need to click show more as well). Once in that program, you'll need to make the appropriate change, Google usually can tell you where to find the setting for your specific brand of graphics chip. Hope this helps!
