Maganda yung #1 very nature and peaceful pero parang yung sa napapanood sa movie na may biglang lalabas pag gabi. 😅pero baka ako lang un 😊 yung #2 maganda din kase nga high.ceiling maganda yung kitchen.. Kaso magulo tignan kase nga may mga gamit pa. Yung #3 ok din maaliwalas at maganda basement. #4 maganda din lighting. Spacious pero madami pa nga need ipagawa. Yung 5 di ko feel.. Parang may part na nakakatakot.. Well baka feel ko lang din yun.. For me sa #3 ako Congrats madam sa magiging new house mo po.. Another blessings from Above.. God bless you more..

I like house no. 1 & 3 madam..the first house is kinda like a ranch design house with a modern rustic interior overall I love all the features of the house madam don't need any touch love the deck also it's so beautiful..I like the no.3 also coz the size is way more bigger than the first one but the thing is it needs to be repaint to make it more appealing, the high ceiling with a skylight is awesome..the basement don't need much work coz it's concrete already don't need to put an insulation and sheetrock you guys can paint it only..I can see more potential with those houses are very good investments madam..

Bet ko yung interior ng #1 less maintainance pero creepy yung labas ng bahay yung eerie moment lalabas ka parang hunted ang layo ng kapitbahay mo makahingi ng tulong. Gusto ko rin yung #5 pero yung neighborhood lng hindi yung mismong bahay hehe. Sana ilipat yung doon sa #1 na bahay dun sa #5 na mga maraming kapitbahay hahahah😅

Kung ako ang titira, bet ko ang House no. 5. Mas ok ang neighborhood mas madami katabi. Hindi masyado creepy ang paligid. Pero super scary yung attic haha 😂. Saka pwedi mag garden sa harap hehehe. Edit: nag dadalawang isip ako, kasi yung basement at garage is magka dikit. So medj dangerous if ever may masasamang pumasok sa garage at nasa basement kayo nag tatago due for some reasons, eh makikita agad kayo haha.

I don't like old houses. They are creepy. 🙈🙊😆 Kahit basement pag di finish, takot ako bumaba. 😅 Always look at the ambiance of the entire house. Yung pasok ng natural light. These set of houses na tiningnan nyo ngayon puro madidilim. Tsaka most important na i-check yung mga electrical functions ng bahay. Check nyo kung na-me-maintain lalo na yung roofings. Wag nyo lang tingnan itsura ng bahay dahil maganda. Old houses have better foundation than newly built pero pag marami naman maintenance mas mahal ang gastos in the long run. Enjoy house hunting! It is fun, exciting, and tiring!

i like the number 3, it is kinda wide and Open, kitchen has view to the backyard, has electric cooktop, but the OAK fixtures are kinda old compared to the modern white stuffs lately but those are easy to change later when needed. They have enclosed showers & bath tubs which are convenient. Hmmmm #4 has visible HIGH CEILING living room which is classy. Also has enclosed Showers, nice bathtubs, wooden floors, nicer cabinets…yes lots to fix on this 4th house. The second floor railings is not kid friendly, yes dangerous to the kids❌ House #5 the Paver walkway is impressive, the neighborhood is peaceful, the kitchen island is cool, hmmmm kinda old interior fixtures, not high ceiling though, very dark. Needs your lights turn on or it’s too creepy dark lol (for me anyway). Omg creepy basement for me. Here in Vegas we usually dont have basements kasi we dont have hurricanes
