Money, was not a factor in winning elections in India since Independence but today it created this impression because it’s all “maya”… the people determined a ruling government but the state elections is totally another matter because most states in India are Archaic, like Mr Sebastian Simon, The NTP, is a growing party which capitalised on today’s youngsters search for Identity & roots? Though, he was a product of such act, he is using it for purely a “bargaining” position now, though, his vision & ambitions are still cannot be questionable. Does the current generation is prepared to go back to 1 century behind time & start the game… Time is the essence, yes, his vision is possible but nothing is 100% guaranteed, until it’s executed & practice & during its course it will have to re-structured & re-evaluated to move towards the objective. To make the soil(alanine) is a natural process though humans can speed this process by introducing natural processes but it will always result in unbalanced conditions & something will result in decline & the changes the expected result… The current “contaminated soil” cannot be replaced or changed overnight & the main ingredient is water for the process which “Tamil Nadu” lacks. Actually we don't need to know. A company can give some percentage to party A, some percentage to party B.. because at the end of the day they get 100% tax benefit. Also "The electoral bonds will not bear the name of the donor. Thus, the political party might not be aware of the donor's identity" This data if it's know, opposition party/ regional parties in state will create trouble to that corporate/organisation.

I don't think a ban on electoral trust is gonna change a thing. As you said BJP is getting 5 or 6 times what the congress is getting through Electoral bonds, but BJP is still getting a lot of money through other political contributions. That other political contributions received by BJP is still more than 5 or 6 times of what congress is receiving. So I don't think its much of a set back for BJP, atleast for this election. Before the next election, they are gonna come up with something new😅

As every party needs funds for elections electoral bonds seems to be legal/transparent and curtailment of black money. There is no substitute for BJP at least for two more terms. Even though all political parties are formed for making money comparatively BJP is better as they are also trying to do for the country which in turn can bring prosperity to individuals.

Hi MG Nice narration. And below is my opinion without support of any party. How come only money will make a party win? Only the Votes we cast will make any party to win. We have the power of deciding the Govt. So, how can the corporate think that EB will help them in return if they're not sure about the winner? On the other hand, If this is being challenged and if we assume only money will make them win, then only a corrupted party will keep winning the elections eventually as it was before a decade. any one of us disagree? So, it has both Pros and cons for having EB. What can be made better is, EBs have to be declared and made public as being directed by SC today and keep a tab on the Governance post the Govt formation. Either way money donation can't be stopped. But what we also can control is the campaign expenses. SC has to take some measurements to look into this process and control and ration the campaign which is an unnecessary expense to any nation. If we keep a tab there, then why parties to spend much and need any EB. This is my opinion. If you abolish the physical currency, then all the transactions will be scrutinized all the time. This eventually monitors any party buying the MLA or MP post election. May have consequences but experts to analyse this methodology to tune it perfectly to bring India with transparency and corruption free nation. Now the opposition questions this because they are not getting EB liberally and why didn't they oppose this all these years and even before the announcements? Just to make some noise wherever possible, an eligible opposition. They were getting all black money all the decades back, why didnt the decline that? Only god can help India... Jai Hind.
