You need to change Edo Hashirama power level. He's NOT below Edo Madara. Yeah, Madara used the black roids on BASE Hashi and Hashi was able to restrain him with the Wood Dragon. They stalemated on panel :/ Stop with this "holding back" fanfictions. He had no reason to let himself be restrained by the Deity Gates/Wood Dragon or nearly get sealed by Sai. His goal was to trade places with Juubito and take Hashirama SM. And he had no way of knowing that the alliance would beat juubito, that's why he took measures into his own hands to get the SM. He had no reason to not take the SM and move toward the other battlefield. Zetsu was a BACKUP plan lol. Rinnegan abilities are useless against Hashirama and Edo Madara said that PS was his FULL POWER. There is Hashirama downplay here.
