I ordered the portrait and landscape references from your website and did not receive them. Error after error after error telling me the item is too large to download. The messages are coming from your system, as I don't have Ubuntu as my operating system. What gives? Why am I having to chase you down to get what I paid for? I have filed a case with PayPal. I have tremendous respect for you as an artist. As a business person...not so much!
