I know that this comment was a long time ago, but actually the NFC was the away team and the AFC was the home team, but the patriots decided to use away uniforms, and to contrast with that the falcons had to use their home. The only rule with super bowls is that you use regular jerseys. There’s no rule against wearing regular away jerseys if you’re the home team.

Devin McCourty deserves a big play to tie with his career. He has been remarkably consistent as a FS/SS (it has changed, depending on what New England has needed more in a given year), one of the best in the game since he got in the league. However, he doesn't have a signature play. That hit on 4th and 10 against the Broncos to seal the game was great, but will forever be forgotten due to the score and circumstance of the game. Let's hope he gets the play he needs to be remembered forever here in NE, even if we lose.

When it's comes down to winning the Superbowl, New England Patriots know from experience how to go upon doing that all ready. They've won four of their last six appearances. Atlanta Falcons on the other hand still have yet to show and prove they can win the NFL'S main event. They've got an offense that can generate a huge amount of points, but can their defence hold what Tom Brady has up his sleeve in terms of what the Patriots intend to do in offensive attack mode? Plus the Patriots keep a top ten defensive unit, which will clearly give Matt Ryan something to worry about in the event of his attempt to lead his offensive unit down the field. The Patriots will give the Falcone a challenge.

I have tried to find a rebroadcast of the super bowl (51/LI). There are many sites showing it, however, the game on any one called "Madden" etc., the game is not the same as it was for the first half that I saw Sunday! And, the "Madden" version had New England ahead 21-10! Hey! I just noticed! Atlanta is wearing WHITE JERSEYS! On Sunday, they were wearing RED JERSEYS!
