I feel like a third round pick in madden is a lot different than a trade in real life, where you can make an educated guess at a fairly young player’s high end stats and bet on developing the stats that cost less XP to develop faster. This is a good pick up and if it works out, you’re getting league winning upside. I’d say it’s worth starting him day one on the off-chance he picks up a dev trait upgrade in-season (or at the end of the season), unless you think you have a superbowl chance with Daniel Jones. I think jones still has development potential himself 🤓
