This PS5 patch 1.011.000 definitely fix (NFL - Defense League Leader stats) crash in Franchise Mode. Now if I want to check who leading in INTs/etc it won't crash.

Sometimes there is wind from the HVAC units in stadiums with a dome. The Lions I know for sure because kickers talked about it.
