as a mum who raised 4 kids my tip for the marker is Sellotape, stick the tape over the marker press it down then peel it off then repeat, each time it takes a bit of marker with it, you will be surprised at how well it works, also works well for removing temporary tattoos from kids skin without scrubbing.

Keep up the good work Insider detailing tip from detailer to detailer to remove the ink from this leather seats take a terry cloth towel were the area it has the ink on it and leave the wet rag on top of it for about 5-10 minutes until the chair gets nice and moist so to say. Then you're going to use fuel denatured alcohol. you should be able to find that in Home Depot. You apply a little bit of Denatured alcohol(fuel) to a terry cloth towel and then softly rub off the ink. If needed be you can also use a magic eraser with some of the denatured alcohol on it and rub away Softly. So you starting with a very least aggressive which is terry cloth towel, and the denatured alcohol and then to the harsh aggressive with a Magic Eraser combined with the product. It has a very harsh smell so wear a mask but it will take off the ink. Practice on Old leather seat I tried out yourself good luck with your endeavors

You guys do a good job of detailing. It was good that you were wearing what looked like 3-stage filters. Do you use the extractor on the headliner? There is one issue with mold, especially with a car that was wet, If the foam in the seats got wet then it's very likely there is mold under the leather/vinyl. No easy way to get rid of that.

@@MADDETAILING Thanks to everyone at the garage, you do the best detailing on KZbin in my opinion. Can I make a couple of suggestions for you guys. For the future continue using the steamer, taking out carpets pressure washing and then extracting afterwards, and also cleaning under the carpet that is a more complete and professional job well done you do an incredible job here, you work very hard and we can really see your effort. Also to get pen or marker stains out of leather use hairspray or rubbing alcohol on the stain and gently clean in circles, don't rub since it will ruin and dry out the leather even more and it will come out. Also for things like sat navs and glass on the speedometer for instance use a really fine and soft brush if you aren't already and also for any imbedded pet hairs please do remove every single hair using the lily brush BEFORE pressure washing the carpet because if you use the lily brush afterwards as I have seen in one or two videos it doesn't come out. Thanks to you all keep it up

Hi guys! Awesome job and video. Indeed you are with the great detailers like Apex Detail, Miranda Detailing, Pan the Organizer, Forensic Detailing Channel, Jimbo, White Details, Car Cleaning Guru, Car Craft Auto Detailing, Auto Fetish Detail, etc. but you get the worse vehicle interiors by far than any other. You are definitely underrated. Hope we can see you again on another livestream. Just to let you know, I had a customer who had 3 kids with ages ranging between 4 to 7 and their back seats had lots of pen and magic marker lines which made it long for me to do. One thing that worked for me was distilled water and the Bilt Hamber Surfex HD on a single seat after trying Super Clean, Citrus power cleaner on another seat, besides the steamer. You are awesome pulling the whole carpet away for a real clean underneath too. Some carpets are difficult to handle that mold but to do a real deep clean specially when dealing with mold, they must be removed entirely and let dry under the sun. Few detailers like us do the entire carpets removal. And yes guys, use the steamer more often since it also helps you loose/remove dirt faster. By then way, also hope you have the Tornador Velocity Vac Dry attachment which lets you blow air and suck up the dirt highly fast too from carpets and upholstery, headliners. And yes, headliners the trick with them is using a surfactant besides the steamer. Also you can agitate the stains by putting for example Folex on the brush or at a microfiber towel, then agitate and dry with microfiber Also, the family owning this vehicle must have a compromised health when driving around with a vehicle with that amount of mold even on the seats besides the carpets. Question: Do you have a postal address that you can provide? Xoxo from Puerto Rico 👍🇵🇷
