This isn’t asmr for relax it’s for tingles. Actually I think a lot of people sleep to this too. Me personally I listen to this stuff for tingles and slower stuff for sleep.

It’s asmr. She usually does the same fast aggressive movements and style in all of her videos so it’s a little predictable. I can go to sleep it though with how consistent it is. Some people prefer more fast asmr
