Y'know, reading the comments, it makes sense why I recognized the needle from the picture. (while I don't watch the show) It's inspired by Himiko Toga from the anime BNHA, its what she uses to collect the blood she drinks. The song is based off of a character that is a villain named Himiko Toga! Long story short, in her world, most people have a superpower that they call "quirks". Toga's quirk lets her transform into the person she drank blood from, the time she can mantain that form is based on how much blood she drank. (Sorry if I wrote smth wrong. English is not my first language but I hope it helped :D)
