Fact: the Grove Street Families was once used to be an Orange Street Families like the loading orange gangster, and the soldiers were: big bear, Smoke,CJ (Left that time), Sweet, Ryder,etc. Then There were Seville Boulevard and alot that were Green Family. But unknown reason they were fighting the Purple Family or Ballas Family. The Orange Street Families has decided to become the Green/Grove Street. So they still Remain as the Grove Street Families

I do recall that whenever CJ was approached by a gang member whether it was the Ballas or any otherz, he if you admit you a part of the gang he said "Orange Grove". This was the original name of the gang and the color was Orange before it became Families/Grove Street Families. (OGF to GSF) there is graffiti all over the area to back this up as well.

Anyone realize that the orange guy in the loading screen is fact CJ wearing one of the many matches color sets you can get from the clothing store. There's green sets, blue sets, red sets. All clothing in the game was designed to have matching color patterns that could easily overlay each other.
