For years now I've wanted to open a coffee kiosk somewhere busy downtown (Chicago) with a lot of foot traffic, name it "It's Just Regular Coffee," and only sell normal coffee. Sugar and creamer are available. Whenever anyone asks if there's [insert fancy nonsense coffee type here], then employees will be instructed to just say "no" and point at the name of the shop.

(includes other really south American countries such as Chile and Argentina.) yerba mate (rightly pronounce is erva mate) is usually the main and only ingredient, the drink is created to be mainly hot. yerba mate looks like grass funnily enough
