I got the finger print done, they stamped my DS 160 and I went for the interview They asked me to get my Medicals done which I wasn’t aware of as the checklist document never came to me and I was sent back. Interim I lost the “Stamped DS 160” document so is that a problem? I don’t have a spare copy of the stamped DS 160 Please help

Hi, thanks for the helpful video. I put Country of Origin (Nationality) as Philippines rather than Australia and only realised once I submitted. The CEAC can find my Application ID but will not retrieve my application when I enter the correct security questions. Please help

In the US contact section, I have mistakenly placed organisation as unknown. However I need to select my own organisation. Can this create any mess? because I have put the name of contact person in US with phone number and email ID. Consular officer may ask how I don't know the organisation while I know every other thing. Please advise.

Hi , I have created new (2nd one) DS 160 after submitted the 1st one. that is also not manually, I tried to retrieve DS 160 and I have got 2 options one of them is" view confirmation page" 2nd one of them is "create a new application" . I have choosen create new application and i have realised that no change is reuqired. hence i did not submitted new one (2nd one). I kept the old one only. anything wrong?

Please give the answer here. The Given NAME part is confusing. It did not clearly say to write the middle name. In fact, it mentioned to write the name as it appears in your passport, for which case in our country’s passport, name only refers to our Given name and there is a separate line for Middle name. If the ds160 required the middle name to be included in the Given Name, it should have been stated clearly. Now i dont know what i need to input on the portal to make appointment. Please help.

Hello, One of service has filled my application and submitted and booked a date for me. However, they told me that they entered my name wrongly. They have submitted it again and told me that i lose my previous visa interview date and booked interview date which is one week later. I 'm in a hurry as I'm going for a fall. @@lelmaz I was able to fix it. First I created a new form with the correct info, and then with the new application number I went into the website where you schedule your appointment and in the settings of your information they give you the chance to change once the number without paying again. I did that and everything was allright
